Too many Relievers?

The Blue Jays have two spots left in their bullpen and six relievers trying for those spots. The rest of the bullpen is already decided with Frank Fransisco, Jon Rauch, Octavio Dotel, Jason Frasor and Shawn Camp. The six pitchers competing for the spots are Casey Janssen, Carlos Villanueva, Chad Cordero, David Purcey, Jesse Carlson and Jo-Jo Reyes.  Two of these six pitchers are out of options so they have the inside track because the Jays do not want to risk losing them: they are left-handers Purcey and Reyes.  Last season Purcey went 1-1 with a 3.71 ERA and 32 strikeouts over 34 innings with the Blue Jays.
